Maya Ali is getting a standing ovation for her performance in yesterday’s episode of ‘Sunn Mere Dil’. We get the heartbreaking twist when her father suddenly passes away in the middle of trying to raise funds for the son, Zaviyar, after he is diagnosed with leukaemia.
Firstly, we get this small but intense moment of chemistry between Bilal and Sadaf, when he comes to visit her in order to offer his condolences for the death of her father. X users were raving over this scene.
For many users, this scene was incredibly special as this is the first time Sadaf and Bilal meet each other after he falls for her in the first episode.

Maya Ali, Shavir Kadwani’s acting as siblings moves the internet
Then users had to rave how Maya proved her acting chops in this episode as we get to see Sadaf shouldering the responsibilities as the eldest daughter of the family. We witness how truly Sadaf loves her brother, and after finding out about his cancer she is willing to put her morals aside to go work for Bilal Abdullah.
Both of them acted in this scene at their best. This part was the main attraction of today’s episode. Both are performing brilliantly. As a new comer he is just totally outstanding.

More often than ever, relationships between siblings in Pakistani dramas often depict some insecure man-child who is hell bent on hiding his sister away from the world in an attempt to keep her honour intact. We’re happy that in ‘Sunn Mere Dil’ the roles have reversed and this time its the elder sister who is willing to do anything for the protection of her little brother.

It looks like things about to get even more intense next week because Sadaf will join Bilal’s workplace in order to shoulder the financial responsibilities of the family. We’re hoping that Bilal works hard at shredding his past image as a philanderer and a playboy so we get a moving love story between the two!
