With Summer comes a burst of trends as well, some are soon to sink while the others stay afloat for a while. Barbiecore seems to have passed the test of time with celebrities around the world celebrating the decorated color.

The color has always left an iconic mark earlier in the fashion history as well, be it Marilyn Monroe’s dress singing Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend in the 1953 film Gentlemen Prefer Blondes or Elle Woods being an embodiment of this trend in Legally Blonde.
Various global icons have hopped on the bandwagon and we’re not complaining. Be it Anne Hathway channeling her own version of Barbie in head to toe Valentino or Kim Kardashian in her Barbie pink attire-this trend is here to stay. Many other celebrities including Lizzo and Zendeya have also been spotted in this color.
