“This is the only solution”: Ahsan Mohsin, others call for public hangings after 10-year-old girl raped, killed in Lahore

A horrifying event took place in Lahore after a 10-year-old girl was found dead in a tuition center in Lahore’s Ichhra area after being sexually assaulted. The girl had been a student of the institute for over a year. The parents were informed that their child had fainted, and she was later declared dead upon arrival at the hospital.

The growing number of child sexual abuse and killings across the country has shaken the nation, and netizens call for harsh punishment and immediate justice in these cases. Celebrities, civil society, and civilians are united over their demand that these criminals are publicly hanged till death to set a precedent in the country. Vocal over the ongoing cases of child abuse, actress and hostl Mishi Khan took to Instagram and demanded justice for the victims. She posted:

In her video, Mishi stated that it is a repeated pattern where victims are first sexually assaulted and then brutally murdered; it is a chain of events. She allegeded that these killings are a part of a child pornography ring, where men are hired to record raping and killing of children, for it to be sold on the dark web. She added that this now an epidemic and the goverment and law enforcement agencies should deeply investigate it.

Actor and entepreneur, Ahsan Mohsin Ikram shared a resurfaced video of public hanging of convicted rapists from the 1980s, stated that this is the only solution to it. Taking to Instagram stories, he posted:
