Shaidai has premiered to a promising start, with Feroze Khan as Ali Khan and Sehar Hashmi as Miraal in the main leads, alongside powerful antagonists Mehmood Aslam as Malik Hashmat and Nawal Saeed as Aeliya. Written by Saqlain Abbas and directed by Ali Faizan, the story centers on the love between Ali and Miraala after Ali falls in love at first sight.
Ali Khan is a business tycoon, living with his grandmother(Dadi Jaan-Bushra Ansari), whose parents passed away in a car accident when he was a child. While he is seen as a powerful businessman, he has a soft heart, helping children and running a non-profit in his mother’s name. Dadi Jaan is expecting him to marry soon, but he is searching for a girl who is true to herself.
Miraal, on the other hand, is the only daughter of Ahmad (Tauseef Haider) and Atiya (Zainab Qayoom), and she works as a university lecturer, while her mother is set to seek marriage proposals for her. She is an ambitious young lady hailing from a middle-class family, currently applying for a job in Ali’s company.
In the background, a plot to harm Ali’s business is underway, while Atiya has a past she fears will come to light before Miraal. Atiya had eloped with Ahmad years ago and is somehow connected to Ali and his family. While Atiya wants to protect Miraal from Ali, he can be seen falling for her after hearing her speak at a university event. Ali and Miraal are bound to meet; however, Aeliya is plotting revenge against Ali after he rejected her marriage proposal.
