Soon after he took to twitter to announce that he will hold a ‘massive jalsa’ in Muzaffarabad on Friday, September 13th to highlight the continued information and communication lockdown in Indian Occupied Kashmir. Imran Khan stressed that he will show Kashmiris that Pakistan stands resolutely with them.

On Prime Minister’s call, Pakistani celebrities will be joining the Kashmir solidarity rally in Muzaffarabad on Friday. Celebrities including Humayun Saeed, Maya Ali, Shahid Afridi and Sahar Ali Bagga took on twitter to show their support and promised to join the ‘jalsa’, making the hashtag #letsGotoMzd viral. They even urged their fans to participate in the massive rally to show solidarity with the Kashmiris.
