Wedding bells don’t seem to be coming to a standstill in Pakistan as Bahria Town kicks off yet another grand celebration. Designer Umer Sohail and Areesha as the couple commenced their nuptials with some extravagant wedding festivities.
The beautiful bride wore traditional marigold attire heavily embellished with ‘gotta’ bringing back the 90’s vibe.
We love how brides these days are ditching the heavy makeup looks and opting for a near to natural makeup looks. Same was seen on Areesha last night as she kept the makeup very natural a glow with a plain sleek braid paired with a diamond polka ‘tika’.
Marigold is popping up at recent weddings nowadays making a top trend colour this spring/summer season. Not only for brides marigold with a tinch of burnt orange is making a trend for the grooms as well.
Umer Sohail rocked a tangerine embellished kurta by Umar Sayeed and the bride wore a beautiful coral candy-pink lenga choli by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla giving a perfect festive vibe.
We completely adored Areesha’s no makeup look with gorgeous floral jewellery and sleek hair.
The beautiful couple oozed the old school charm on their reception with wearing traditional attires. The groom chose a classic and timeless sherwani by Umer Sohail paired with a khussa and the bride wore a sheer ivory lengha with an embellished silver-ish ivory mid-thigh length shirt.
The bride looked gorgeous with heavy smoky eyes and a deep red lip colour paired with beautiful diamond polka jewellery perfectly complementing her attire. A thumbs up for Ather Shahzad for this glamorous yet traditional look.
