Renowned humanitarian and philanthropist Bilquis Eidhi has been declared as the person of the decade by International web based organization Impact Hallmarks. A spokesperson for the Edhi Foundation told APP that Bilquis was declared the most impactful person of the first two decades of the 21st century. A professional nurse by profession Bilquis Edhi has spent six decades of her life serving humanity.
