Mother commits horrific crime after she murders her twin sons after they were screaming and shouting too much

In Nawabshah, a shocking case has emerged where a mother murdered her twin sons after they were ‘screaming too much’.
According to Geo, the twins were 5 year old boys Muhammad Raza and Muhammad Hamza. The mother said her children were brutally murdered because they were screaming and shouting a lot. She said the punishment she would receive would bear less than the crime, as neither would her children forgive her nor Allah.
The outlet reported the father said the mother was suffering from mental health issues after the birth of their two children. He also reportedly said he forgave his wife for the murder of the two young sons.
The locals told Geo that the mother had been suffering from mental illness issues.
According to the police, a case has not been registered against the mother for the murder as the father chose not to file one. But they said a complaint would be filed on behalf of the government, so that the case could be invested closely and the murderer could get a medical examination.
In July, another case was reported where a family attempted to murder their daughter for trying to get a divorce from her husband.
According to Aaj news, the woman had registered a complaint with the Naushahro Feroze Police Station, saying that her family members were sending her death threats if she divorced her husband. She had moved into a domestic shelter for a few days, and then went back to live with her mother.
While staying there, the woman was brutally attacked by her father and her uncle with an axe.
