Actress Kubra Khan gave an interview to Independent Urdu where she spoke about the responsibility celebrities and people had to raise their voice against the on going genocide of Gaza. Speaking on the Youtube platform, actress said people can do so much to help the people of Gaza by simply condemning the genocide, and educating others on what is going on.
“It is about to be 250 days of the genocide,” said the ‘Hum Kahan Kay Sachay Thay’ actress. “There are still people out there who have no idea what is going on in Palestine. This is killing our humanity. If your only response to what is going on is ‘Oh this keeps happening everytime’, then where is our humanity?”
Kubra said that while she is sitting here and holding interviews, there are still bombs exploding in Gaza. “We need to be on the right side of history. And if you haven’t said anything, your conscience is going to bite you.”
