The much-anticipated Ambani wedding finally took place today, and let us tell you, the looks did not disappoint! Our screens have been graced with some of the most striking outfits, and we’ve been obsessively following the “Ate/ Chop” poll on Diet Sabya like our lives depend on it. It’s safe to say that fashion enthusiasts have been having a field day.

The wedding theme was “A Celebration of India – An Eternal and Enduring Civilization,” with décor inspired by the timeless beauty of Varanasi. The bride chose to wear Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, and her non-traditional, non-red baraat outfit has been the talk of the town. It’s a bold move that we absolutely adore. The outfit was a symphony of intricate jewels and the most gloriously layered dupatta. The lehenga’s craftsmanship paired with that stunning dupatta is a match made in fashion heaven. It’s refreshing to see a bride break the mold and bring a fresh perspective to bridal fashion.

The official Instagram account of the designer remarks, “Radhika’s ensemble is Abu Sandeep’s intricate interpretation of ‘Panetar’ – the Gujarati tradition of brides wearing red and white.”

And let’s not forget about Nita Ambani and Isha Ambani, the mother and sister of the groom. These two have been serving look after look this season, and today was no exception. Their outfits were adorned with exquisite embroidery and jewels that could make anyone swoon. It’s clear that style runs in the Ambani family, and their choices today (especially jewels)  will be remembered for years to come.

The guest list read like a who’s who of international stardom. Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, John Cena, and a plethora of other notable guests made an appearance, turning the wedding into a veritable melting pot of celebrities. The “Calm Down” singer Rema also took center stage. HELP US CALM DOWN!

Surprisingly, Kim Kardashian’s attire was nothing special. The Manish Malhotra saree was very similar to the saree she adorned previously for her Vogue India cover so we felt underwhelmed. Maybe the episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians that covers the wedding took all the spice….because the lewks did not deliver.

Of course Priyanka Chopra was also seen with husband Nick Jonas, or as the Paparazzi’s like to call him Nickwa, looking as radiant as ever.

Of course, Bollywood’s finest didn’t miss out on the action. The event was a glistening display of sarees and lehengas, each more glamorous than the last. It was a fashion parade that swept us off our feet and into a world of glitter and gaga. A literal feast for the eyes.

But let’s get real for a second—Shah Rukh Khan in that olive green sherwani? Absolute fire! We’re talking dreams materialized, people. The rich, deep hue of his sherwani was a bold move, breaking away from traditional wedding colors and making a statement that was nothing short of legendary.

Pakistani designers are undeniably owning the fashion game like never before at the wedding as well.
Picture this: Punjabi-Canadian singer AP Dhillon rocking an absolutely breathtaking white mesh ensemble by the visionary Faraz Manan. Cricket World Cup star and Indian pacer Hardik Pandya also took the opportunity to make a statement clad in signature Faraz Manan. It was a showstopper, blending edgy modernity with the brand’s signature elegance, leaving everyone in awe.

Radhi Devlukia-Shetty, wife of the influential life coach Jay Shetty, stole the spotlight in a mesmerizing outfit from Mohsin Naveed Ranjha. The dreamy palette with the gold hues and unmatched details spoke volumes about MNR’s unparalleled craftsmanship, turning Radhi into a vision of sheer elegance and grace.

One of the things we absolutely adore is when celebrities embrace new, refreshing designers or use fashion as a route to reinvent themselves. It’s always exciting to witness these style evolutions on such a grand stage. For instance, Deepika Padukone in custom Torani, as well as Suhana Khan’s choice to don a stunning creation by Mayyur Girotra was nothing short of a fashion revelation.

Equally captivating was Janhvi Kapoor, wearing custom Falguni Shane, she stole the spotlight in an ensemble that can only be described as pure gold perfection. Her outfit was a dazzling display of opulence, featuring a blouse embellished with real gold jewels.
