Leading Lollywood actress Resham responded to Sakina Samo’s criticism of Resham receiving a Pride of Performance award, during a recent talk show. The actress who has a commendable line of work to her credit, questioned the claims of trolls saying ‘Ap hoti kon hain aiteraz karne vali?’.
When asked if she had any advice for #SakinaSamo who had expressed disappointment on Resham being awarded the Pride of Performance award, the senior actress said she has nothing to say to such hypocrites.

Resham added that she had even worked with Samo in the past, in a drama that she had directed. The actress praised Samo’s work saying at the time, Samo had also appreciated her work as an actress, before going on to ask who Samo is to claim that the award was undeserved!
The senior Lollywood actress was awarded the Pride of Performance Award by the President of Pakistan in 2021, due to her notable contribution to the Pakistani entertainment industry with hit films like Jeeva (1995), Ghunghat (1996), Dupatta Jal Raha Hai (1998), Pal Do Pal (1999), and and Swaarangi (2015).
