Britain’s Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle on Wednesday took on their official Instagram account to announce that they have stepped back as senior members of the Royal family and will work to become financially independent. The Royal couple also said that they plan to spit their time between the United Kingdom and North America. The couple is going to launch a new charitable entity and spend much of their time in North America.

The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex has always been in the pressure of spotlight since their fairytale wedding in 2018 and then followed by the birth of their son Archie. The couple has also recently spent their Christmas in Canada rather spending it with the Queen Elizabeth and the rest of the Royal family.
Prince Harry and wife Meghan were the most senior members of the Royal family and were expected to take a much bigger role and their decision to step back as ‘senior’ royals has reportedly hurt the other members of the royal family and Queen Elizabeth.
The couple also said that they will continue to support Queen Elizabeth and honour their duties to her, the Commonwealth and their patronages, indicating they are not fully quitting.
