“Lahore aagaya tou idhr udhr janay mein tang krienge, it’s all politics”: Diljit Dosanjh gets candid over his inability to visit Lahore due to Ind-Pak political scenario

While announcing his Aura Tour 2026 in the United Kingdom, Diljit Dosanjh got candid about his views on Pakistan and his desire to visit the country. He stated that he wishes to visit Lahore in Pakistan; however, he is unable to do so due to the current political situation between the neighboring countries. He added that if he visits Lahore, he will have to face repercussions; he will not be allowed to travel elsewhere. Talking to his fans in an Instagram live, he posted:

Diljit added that it is all about politics in this world, and he chooses to stay away from it; one must have thick skin to be part of politics. He said that his visit to Lahore will affect his career as a whole; hence, he has decided not to visit Pakistan.

Diljit Dosanjh is an Indian Punjabi singer, actor, songwriter and producer known globally for his top hip-hop and pop hits such as Naina, Water and GOAT. He has also starred with Hania Amir in the Punjabi film, Sardaar Ji 3 that led to controversy in his native country. He has given multiple Punjabi film hits like Chamkila, Jutt and Juliet.
