The infamous writer Khalilur Rehman Qamar recently appeared in a podcast with host Nadir Ali where he talked about his feud with actress Mahira Khan and how he held back from working with her after she spoke out against him.
The director claimed that Mahira had lost ‘Mere Paas Tum Ho’ and ‘London Nahi Jaunga’ because of the row she had with KRQ earlier. He said had they been on good terms he definitely would have offered one of the two projects to the actress.
When the host brought up Mahira Khan while discussing “big names” that have spoken out against KRQ, Qamar said admitted he still harbors negativity towards her for a tweet she made against him during the Marvi Sarmed episode. He said, “I will eventually forgive Mahira for working on a project based on my life. I have nothing but respect for her, yet she committed a mistake during the infamous Marvi incident. She tweeted in her favor and against me.”

KRQ ended the discussion saying, “No one can patch us up. One day when I’ll decide to forgive her, I will talk to her myself.”
