Haroon Shahid was a guest at the celebrity talk show ‘Life Green Hai’ where he shockingly revealed that originally a famous Bollywood actress was roped in to play the heroine Sara in the feminist action film ‘Verna’.
Speaking on the show, the musician and actor revealed Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor was originally roped into play the female lead but she had backed out because during that time, she had gotten married to Saif Ali Khan and was set to give birth to her first child. So instead, Mahira Khan stepped in to play the heroine.
