In a shocking incident in Karachi, an 18-year-old girl has been allegedly sexually assaulted in the Gulshan-e-Maymar area, ARY News reported. Following the incident, the local police registered a case based on the complaint filed by the victim’s father. According to the details outlined in the First Information Report (FIR), the victim’s father stated that he works as a carpenter while his wife works as domestic help. On the morning of the incident, the couple left for work around 9:00 AM, leaving their 18-year-old daughter home alone. The complainant alleged that two unidentified men forcefully entered the residence during their absence, sexually assaulted the young girl, and managed to flee the scene immediately after committing the crime.
Describing the aftermath, the father shared that his daughter contacted him via phone to inform him of the traumatic event. Upon receiving the news, he rushed home and alerted the authorities via the police helpline (15). Police officials confirmed that an official investigation has been launched to trace and apprehend the suspects involved. Meanwhile, the victim’s distressed parents have appealed to the higher authorities for immediate justice, demanding the swift arrest of the perpetrators and the imposition of severe punishment under the law.
