After Sami Rasheed made social media a dumping ground against his ex-wife, Sehar Hayat, she has come forward with details of her toxic marriage and reasons why she filed for divorce. Stating that her ex-husband was physically and emotionally abusive towards her led to their separation. In a detailed set of videos, Sehar opened up about their failed marriage and posted on Instagram.

She stated that her husband had been living off of her fame and finances as she worked hard to fulfill the needs of her husband and her in-laws. Responding to the allegation that Sehar had left him because she disliked his family, she added that the family had a role in their separation, yet she would only be talking about Sami, who had been going around accusing her. She further added that she was physically assaulted, and she called the police, which was portrayed in a negative light.

She said that she is content with her life as a single parent and looks forward to raising her child alone. She further added that she will take a legal route if need be, after Sami threatened to do the same. Social media influencers rallied to support her and backed her response, calling it the truth.
