Alizeh Shah has given her ultimate statement regarding her facial enhancement surgery, saying that she can swear on her mother that she did not go under the knife. She added that it had been depression that led to her sudden and intense weight loss. Frustrated over the allegations, she took to Instagram and posted on her story. She stated:
Alizeh reposted a video of a user claiming her transformation was artificial and doctored, to which she responded, stating that the allegations are being made just for a couple of views and likes. She remained subtle and prayed that God would not punish the liars. Elaborating on the weight loss, she added that she lost 20 kilograms within 2 months because of a severe depressive episode.
