With Pakeezah (Sehar Khan) set to seek justice, Aik Aur Pakeezah takes another haunting turn: a woman stranded by her dearest when she takes a step against injustice. Locked in the shackles of fear and judgment, no one stands by Pakeezah when she files a complaint against Yaseen (Muhammad Ali Jan). The mother (Aliya-Nadia Afgan), who first yearned for her daughter, not only threatens her but also blames her for whatever ill happened to her.

The woman who never missed a chance to mention Pakeezah met her outside the court and said she would no longer protect her from her brothers, leaving them free to do whatever they pleased. She added that Pakeezah was to blame for this unfortunate incident, as Yaseen’s honour boiled over upon seeing her meet Faraz (Nameer Khan) in private. She even wishes for her death when Pakeezah’s father(Aslam-Noor-ul-Hassan) attempted suicide after learning that his daughter would not back out of the complaint against Yaseen. Saman (Amna Ilyas) shows her full support and ensures her location and well-being are protected.

While she finds solace in Mummy Jee(Hina Bayat), she is left alone in her fight from her own family; brothers out to kill her in the name of honour, father attempting suicide to save his honour and mother blaming it all on her. The hauntingly true sequences in Aik Aur Pakeezah have left the audience in tears, yet again. Saying that Pakeezah is helpless to the level that she finds death easier, a user posted:
