A shocking incident unfolded in Lahore when a pet lion escaped from its enclosure and attacked an eight-year-old girl, leaving her injured, Dunya News reported. The incident occurred in the Bhaigewal area of Iqbal Town, creating panic among local residents.
The injured girl was taken to Shaikh Zayed Hospital, where it was determined that she had endured injuries to her head and ear. She is currently under treatment in the hospital, and the authorities confirmed that her condition is stable as she remains under observation.
Responding quickly to the incident, the police have traced the lion’s owner and arrested him for further investigation.
