Alizeh Shah and Danyal Zafar pair up for an upcoming drama serial ‘Tana Bana’, which will be airing on Hum TV. The drama serial is said to hit the television screens this Ramadan, however, no official date is yet revealed.
Hum TV, continuing its legacy, is back with another family oriented comedy serial which will be enjoyed to the fullest by the audience. Earlier ‘Suno Chanda’ was a big block-buster and gained a lot of popularity for its light hearted, comedy script and was watched not only in Pakistan but by an international audience all across the globe.
Tana Bana’s official teaser has been released and it revolves around two university students, Alizeh and Danyal who are in love with each other. The drama is a roller-coaster ride of emotions, drama, thrill and all those ingredients to make it a hit.
The serial is directed by Saifee Hassan and is produced by Momina Duraid with the cast has Alizeh and Danyal in lead roles along with Komal Rizvi, Amir Qureshi, Hassan Noman and Ismat.
Danya Zafar is making an acting debut with ‘Tana Bana’ and talking about his character he said, “A boy who believes in stars comes across a girl who isn’t exactly a match for him based on their horoscope but he still goes for it and it’s this entire thing on how the girl has her own ambitions, and her life revolves around the marriage. How she stands up for herself and how that causes a shift in the family dynamics. So just comedy, romance, pain, etc.”
