5 Pakistani films have have selected for screening in China on occasion of 70th anniversary of Pak-China diplomatic ties. Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry said that Pakistan Embassy, Beijing and China-Film Administration have organized the four-day film week to further enhance cultural exchanges between the two countries.
He further added that the Ministry of Information will support local filmmakers so that they can exhibit their films all across the globe. The movies that have been selected are, Motorcycle Girl, Punjab Nahi Jaungi, Bin Roye, Ho Maan Jahan and Blind Love. All these movies will be screened with both English and Chinese subtitles.
It is a great initiative by the government as this will help our filmmakers exhibit their films on international platforms which will also be very helpful in the revival of our cinema and entertainment industry.
