As Aik Aur Pakeezah moves towards its end, it has gradually shifted towards an accountability track, starting with Aliya (Nadia Afgan) understanding that Akbar (Umar Dar) is a product of his upbringing. While they hold him accountable, they still mourn over his arrest and ensure that he finds as much comfort there is. In a heartfelt conversation with Pakeezah(Sehar Khan), she states that if Akbar had been halted the moment he laid his hand on Pakeezah, he would not have ended up in jail, accused of attempted murder.

Aliya adds that things would not have come to this if they had shown support for Pakeezah; Akbar was stopped from beating his sister, a case was filed against Yaseen (Ali Jan), and she was not wed in the dark to Faraz (Nameer Khan). The inability to stop Akbar right in the moment gave him the courage to attempt murder and further regret the missed shot.

So far in Aik Aur Pakeezah, after a cybercrime is committed against Pakeezah and Faraz, they are married off and abandoned. Pakeezah files a report seeking justice against Yaseen over the viral video, which leads to more drastic events. Faraz is shot at, Pakeezah knows it is Akbar, and tries to save him; however, a case is filed against an unknown person. When Aliya and Aslam (Noor Hassan) realize it was Akbar, and he shows no remorse, they turn him in. Pakeezah still tries to save her brother, sabotaging the process of justice for Faraz.

Aliya’s understanding of the committed crimes deciphers that society holds a bias towards their sons, who then have the liberty to commit an offense and get away with it. The depth of the conversation traces the drama serial’s primary idea: the woman is held accountable for the crime committed against her, while society mourns when a man is ultimately held accountable. The invested Aik Aur Pakeezah believes it to be the crux of the drama serial; a user posted on X and said:
