‘Meri beti Army mein jaye gi’… Sinf-e-Aahan with its promising cast and gripping plot normalized the idea of women enrolling and participating in the military. With Sinf-e-Aahan, ISPR has taken a major step in empowering the women of Pakistan to be encouraged to represent and fight for their country.
After a successful run on television, ISPR held the screening of the last episode at GHQ Auditorium, Rawalpindi, which was attended by the cast and crew of Sinf-e-Aahan as well as Aik Hai Nigar. Sinf-e- Aahan may have ended but the message that the well curated drama has left us with is that of patriotism, tolerance and women empowerment. We are glad that a drama of such scope and vision came our way and enlightened us with its far sightedness and thought-provoking message. Here’s to more shows that help women believe in themselves and enable them to dream big for themselves and their country.
