In the wake of ravaging floods wreaking havoc across Punjab, celebrities are sharing their sympathies with the affected on social media.

Its one of those moments when the nation unites and prays for lighter times ahead. The floods have been a massive blow to the nation’s infrastructure and people’s livelihood has been massively disrupted especially in the areas adjacent to river Ravi, Sutlej and Chenab.

As many as 150,000 people have been displaced and evacuated to safer elevated places with their children and livestock.

Nadia afgan, a veteran actor and producer, took to her instagram to urge support from general public to step up and donate as much as they can towards flood relief efforts.
