Nation prays for Muhammad Ali Sadpara’s safe return

Muhammad Ali Sadpara, John Snorri from Iceland, and Juan Pablo Mohr from Chile have been missing since 3 to 4 days while attempting the winter K2 summit. The Pakistan Army is currently carying out a search operation and hopes have started to fade as his son says that it is very hard to survive as the temperature has dropped to -60 degrees there.

His son, Sajid Ali Sadpara did not accompany his father on the ascent to K2 peak because he had a problem with his oxygen tank regulator and  he waited for 20 hours for his father and other two climbers before descending K2.

Sajid further stated, “The winds on the mountain are very strong and the temperature has dropped to -60 degrees. In such conditions, a person can survive for a maximum a day.”

According to Sajid the chance of his father’s return are very slim but still the nation is not losing hope and is praying for his safe return. Shah Mehmood Qureshi and President Arif Alvi have commended Ali Sadpara for his passion and love for the country and have requested the nation to make special prayers for his safe return.

Our celebrities and people from all around the world are praying and hoping for his safe return as we all know and have faith that miracles do happen!
