The Meri Zindagi Hai Tu craze has crossed the border, as Indian actress Shehnaaz Gill finds herself deeply invested in Kamyar (Bilal Abbass Khan) and Ayra’s (Hania Aamir) romance. The tale of growing romance with a plot of revenge brewing in the background, Shehnaaz does not have it in her to see the couple split like the rest of the fandom.
A video of Shehnaaz is going viral on X, where she says she is emotionally attached to the drama serial and does not have the courage to see Kamyar lose Ayra. With tears in her eyes, she says that Kamyar is a changed man for Ayra, and that Fariya (Vardah Aziz), plotting revenge, is likely to create a rift between the two.

She also added that she is in love with Kamyar and that his sadness would be unbearable for her. She further added that, as much as she does not want to fully indulge in watching Meri Zindagi Hai Tu, she will have to, to see what happens next. Not just her, her makeup artist found himself upset over how the story is unfolding after watching an episode.
In another viral video, Shehnaaz stated that every girl wants a man like Kamyar in her life, prompting her fans to wonder who Kamyar is.

Her fans soon guessed that she was crushing over Kamyar from Meri Zindagi Hai Tu, a Pakistani drama serial. Relating to Shehnaaz, an Indian fan stated that she found herself on the same boat and posted:

A fan added that they are anxious about how the story will unfold for Ayra and Kamyar, who are now moving towards marriage, just as Shehnaaz did. They stated:
