In a podcast, Lunch With Lillas, Humayun Saeed opened up about his consistent support for non-profit organizations after gaining fame in the entertainment industry. Sharing about his brother’s accident, he shared that he has seen difficult times in life, hence he has an understanding of how people struggle to manage their finances. He credited his brother for his motivation to support organizations in the healthcare sector. He added that he used to search for free medical aid for his brother, and now, when he can make a difference, he uses it to provide medical aid to as many as he can.
Humayun added that after his brother’s fall and illness, he saw a downfall in his family; his parents aged rapidly, and they struggled to fulfill the medical needs of their son. He further said that he started working at the age of fifteen to support his brother’s treatment; however, he was unable to fully finance it. He also added that his brother was the most handsome among them, and the accident was unfortunate.

He expressed his desire to launch a non-profit organization himself, yet is unable to personally embrace the concepts of donations, charity drives, and fundraisers. He supports and stands by with organizations doing a great job, and will continue his philanthropy in healthcare, emergency relief, and orphan care.

He is currently the Goodwill Ambassador for the Almarah Foundation, working towards providing shelter and education to orphaned and homeless children. He is also collaborating with the Indus Hospital to promote its free healthcare services. He is mostly seen at several fundraising and charity events supporting many causes. He has recently launched a talent hunt in the hope of helping young talent enter the entertainment industry; he will provide training to the artists and build opportunities for them.
