
Slain Punjabi rapper Sidhu Moosewala is set to return through an artificial intelligence (AI)- generated world tour, ‘Signed to God’. With Pakistan on the list, the AI-led concerts will take place in the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, India, the United Kingdom, and Australia. An AI-generated avatar will perform via hologram with a recorded and AI-generated voice. Posting on Instagram, the Sidhu Moosewala team stated that generations cannot be silenced if united by one voice. They posted:
Claiming that Sidhu Moosewala’s voice embodies unity, the team looks forward to the tour’s great success. His voice has won hearts even after his death, as many posthumous songs have topped the world charts; these include SYL, Vaar, Mera Na, Chorni, Watch Out, Drippy, 410, Attach, and Lock.

Born Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, he adopted the alias Sidhu Moosewala to honor his village. He was shot dead in Jawaharke village, in Punjab, in 2022 after he participated in politics and ties with politically backed mafias. He was brutally assassinated, leaving a wave of grief worldwide. He was consistently one of the top Punjabi artists, with his songs surpassing 100 million views, making him the most-streamed Punjabi artist.
