Actress, producer, and activist Mansha Pasha recently appears on FWhy Podcast with Frieha Altaf, where she opens up on the importance of taking care of one’s mental health in the entertainment industry, the roles she accepts and how they often align with her core values, and her first divorce.

When asked about her first divorce and earlier having said “It took me 5 years to recover from my first divorce”, the ‘Lal Kabootar’ actress opened up on how being a very private person has really helped her in her life. Sharing about how she overcame the trauma related to the end of her first marriage she said that in such times one tends to to like a boat adrift in the storm, and so sometimes, one even tends to forget who they were before the storm.

Mansha also talked about how the roles she takes often align with her core values, and how she is mindful of how the vagaries of acting can take a toll on mental health. She also expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support she received after her husband Jibran Nasir was abducted.
