Celebrity couple Aiman and Muneeb Butt were guests at Amna Haidar Isaani’s Youtube channel where they opened up about how both are deeply involved in their daughter’s upbringing, and believe all parents should take equal responsibility for their children. Muneeb Butt revealed he is a hands-on parent as the same as his wife, and has even cancelled his shoots on occasions when his daughter was sick.
“We often hear this taunt in our society that if a child misbehaves, we ask why didn’t his mother teach him any manners,” reflected the Sar-e-Rah actor. “This is an incredibly stereotypical mindset that it is solely the mother’s responsibility to take care of the child’s upbringing while the father is only responsible for handling the finances. In our home, I make sure that I am equally involved in decisions regarding our child’s upbringing or their education. We discuss everything together when it comes to our children.”
Aiman elaborated on how she relies on her husband to remember things like doctors appointments for vaccinations, explaining that both make sure to put their daughter’s health first even if it means they have to cancel their shoots. The couple revealed Muneeb had even cancelled his shoots when his daughter was sick.
