Pakistani singer Ali Gul Pir has recently been making rounds on Twitter, on account of his hilarious exchange with Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut.

It all started with a tweet in which Ranaut referred Barbadian singer Rihanna a “fool” for questioning why the world is not talking about the ongoing farmer protests in India. She later also called Rihanna a “porn singer”, saying that the latter can’t sell her music without incorporating “adult content” in it, and was making such tweets as part of a propaganda against India, because she had taken money from Pakistan..Hmm…sounds a tiny bit far-fetched…

Ali, who is famous for his comedic timing and witty humor interjected and jumping into the Twitter circus, subtly poking fun at Kangana remarked saying:

Ignoring the sarcasm in Gul Pir’s comment, the Queen star replied: “Someone who can’t sell music without making it sensual/adult. Unlike classical and genuine singers where body is of no consequence. A porn singer is hugely dependent on his/her flesh show off, private parts exposure and mediocre talent. This makes them absolutely massy, and junk.”

However, Gul Pir didn’t let the opportunity go and tweeted back at Ranaut as he tweeted saying: “Oh okay! I understand. Like someone who doesn’t have talent, hasn’t done much work and relies on controversy and putting people down to stay in the news. Thanks for clearing it out for me #GoKangana #DiePoorFarmers.”
