The actor appeared to keep his calm and answered to the question in a proper manner saying “meray liyai yeh mazaak nai hai” and shifted the conversation.
Later Adnan posted an apology on his instagram account saying “it was an extremely callaous act to joke about the deceased. This is in very bad taste, not only does it show him and me but also the entire country in bad light.” He further apologised to the families of the decessed and mentioned that this made him uncomfortable. “I want to apologise to the families of Sri Devi Sahiba and Irrfan khan and their loved ones. If you see my body language I was extremely uncomfortable with what he said but I didn’twant to stoop to that level.”
Aamir Liaquat later took to social media himself to explain the situation and how live shows can cause a slip of tongue and how he later realized that it was wrong keeping humanity in front. He also apologised!
I am sorry
