As a strong connection develops between Zaryab (Dur-e-Fishan Saleem) and Abu Bakr (Sheheryar Munnawar) in Dar-e-Nijaat, the other couple’s bond is not only exploitative but deeply rooted in insecurity. What should have been a fresh start for everyone has put Hamna (Romaisa Khan) at the center of emotional turmoil, where the young girl walks an increasingly treacherous path. While her husband, Zamil (Nameer Khan), sits abroad fixating on his ex-girlfriend, the young and pregnant Hamna finds herself drawn to Abu Bakr once again. Driven by intense insecurity, she reaches out to a married man she once idealized, knowing full well he is now married to Zaryab. Hamna repeats the exact same pattern of betrayal as Zamil, but while he acts out of selfishness, her actions stem from loneliness and fear.
Knowing that the man she idealizes and the man she married are both connected to Zaryab romantically destroys Hamna’s self-esteem and pushes her over the edge. It also causes arguments to spring up between people. What is a tormenting event for Zaryab is equally tormenting for Hamna, who feels completely invisible and replaced, believing that the men she adores are obsessed with Zaryab, allowing jealousy, anger, and completely take over.

What makes this downward spiral so tragic is how vulnerable Hamna truly is; expecting her first child with a man who has abandoned her, she is forced to carry the physical and emotional weight of an pregnancy. She is essentially a child about to have a child, lacking the maturity or support system to deal with being left behind.

Pushed to the limit by emotional neglect and the terrifying fear of raising a baby alone, Hamna lets her deep insecurities and flaws dictate her actions, making wrong choices. Commenting on Hamna’s obsession with Abu Bakr and Zaryab, a user posted:
i was feeling bad for hamna but she is the same person who ruined abubakr’s reputation in his area, kinda forced him to accept her as his wife and now continuously texting him while being married to another man. she needs to learn to deal with her own problems.

Poor Hamna she finally found out that Zaryab is Abubakr’s wife and the girl Zamil loves 💔
