The never-ending tug-of-war between cricketer Imad Waseem, ex-wife Sannia Ashfaq, and current wife Nyla Raja has taken over social media yet again after Sannia appeared on the podcast Kuch Mazaedaar Baatien and opened up about her marriage to her former husband. Where the news of Imad remarrying the influencer and lawyer had opened up a Pandora’s box, the box was shuffled again in the podcast, where she discussed her marriage, forced abortion, cheating allegations, and divorce. The distraught ex-wife again brought Nyla into the discussion, accusing her of being with her husband while he was married and questioning the legitimacy of her law degree. Sannia stated:
Where social media again rallied behind Sannia over her traumatic life with Imad and her life as a single mother, Nyla has taken to Instagram to make serious accusations against Sannia, the former marriage and the finances of the children. She stated that she had been ignoring the constant hatred towards her; however, with the new podcast, another trail of hate has been spewed against her and her husband. She added that it is easy for her to sit on a podcast and talk about things; however, she will only state matters that can be backed by evidence. Taking to her Instagram story, she posted:
While Sannia alleges no support for her children, Nyla shared a rental agreement paid by Imad and also claimed that he pays the maintenance and groceries. She added that he is doing it for the sake of his children, but this had to be brought up to shut down Sannia’s allegations. She posted:
Nyla also accused Sannia of deception for faking an identity to Imad and his family at the time of their marriage, which became the bone of contention between the couple. She shared an image of Sannia and Imad’s marriage certificate along with her wedding invite, in which the father’s name differed. She posted:
While Nyla fired back at Sannia and her accusations, the Islamabad Bar Council has extended its support for their fellow advocate, Nyla. They stated that Nyla is a victim of cyberbullying and her privacy and dignity have been targeted. Stating that a profound response to any further attacks will be given, a press release stated:
