Sayhaan (Danish Taimoor) and Elif’s (Hiba Bukhari) wedding is set against all odds; however, it turns into a medical emergency as Sayhaan has a cardiac arrest. Where he stands before his father’s will, the two have an argument as he exits for his own wedding. The heated argument turns intense, leading to the attack while his bride waits for him.

So far in Humrahi, Sayhaan is the son of a notorious businessman, but he has a good heart and offers kindness to the victims of his father’s wrongdoings. He was raised by a caretaker, Chanda/ Nishat Bi( Salma Zafar), from an early age after his mother passed. Elif, on the other hand, is raised by a single mother, Mariyam (Laila Wasti), who owns a restaurant. She has an estranged sister, Ilham, who was left to live with the father in Turkiye after the parents split. Sayhaan has recently moved back from the United States, while Elif is a practicing doctor in Karachi. The two have had their banters, which eventually led to building a bond after her mother’s death.
