In a significant development in a case against YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, his name has been removed from the Provincial National Identification List(PNIL), Express News reported. His case had been pending, and a hearing was held regarding the removal of his name from the list in Lahore District Courts.
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency(NCCIA) submitted a report to the court presided over by Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo. The report stated that Saad ur Rehman’s name has been removed from the passport control listing. The report stated that his name was initially added due to his lack of cooperation with the agency in the investigation of the gambling apps promotions case. However, he has now formally joined the investigation after obtaining bail, and the NCCIA has no objection to his traveling abroad.
As a result of the hearing, a formal letter has been issued to the Deputy Director of the NCCIA requesting approval to remove the YouTuber’s name. While there are no travel restrictions on him, Saad ur Rehman is expected to cooperate with the investigation agencies on the ongoing case.
Known for his vlogs and roasting videos, Ducky Bhai is a famous social media influencer. He had been arrested in 2025 for the gambling app promotion scandal and remained in jail for a hundred days. He was released in December, 2025, and the case is currently under investigation.
