The Mawra Hoccane (Mushk) and Khushhal Khan (Hayat) starrer Winter Love has premiered, promising to woo the audience with soft banter and romance. Directed by Danish Nawaz and written by Sarah Majeed, it tells the story of clashing personalities united by fate, with a twist: Mushk, a softhearted girl grieving the loss of her parents, and Hayat, a free-spirited soul navigating life at his own pace. Hayat and Mushk have their first encounter on a rainy night in the mountains, where he helps Mushk when her car breaks down. Later, encounters become inevitable as the two share a workspace. With adjacent offices, Mushk takes over her mother’s matrimonial business, and Hayat moves his event management business close by. While the two continue to clash, Hayat already seems interested in the unapproachable girl.
Mushk lost her parents in a car accident and is on a quest to acquire the family home in a family tussle, where she has many fond memories. She has an elder sister, married to her cousin, who is now looking for a match for her. As they expect her to move in with them, she stays in her family home in the hope of rebuilding herself after the loss.
Hayat, on the other hand, comes from a small family: a writer father, a superstitious mother, and a younger brother who runs a travel agency. Hayat is like his father, who surrounds himself with books and idealizes the life he pictures in them. While he runs his business, he is working towards moving to the United States. On the other hand, his mother is seeking marriage prospects for him, having set a deadline for herself.
