‘Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum’ could have starred Atiqa Odho as Shagufta

The television drama ‘Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum’ is making a lot of rounds on social media, and we got some interesting news about who was originally considered for the role of the mother Shagufta.

Veteran actress Atiqa Odho revealed that she was the person who was approached by the drama head about bringing the narcissist mother to life. On the show ‘Kya Drama Hai’ where the director Badar Mehmood was present, she revealed why she rejected playing Shagufta:

“I was in touch with Badar Mehmood, who told me he would keep me in the loop if he came across any suitable roles for me. He offered me the chance to play Shagufta. But I rejected it because I felt that Bushra Ansari was more age-appropriate for the role as she was older than me and the right fit.”

‘Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum’: what is the ending going to be like?

This week’s episodes had some incredibly twists. For once, Rubab catches on Adeel’s lies and exposes him among their friends and his family members at a party, and later the police arrests him. The actress Naeema Butt posted a farewell note on her Instagram account, hoping that the only thing audiences take away from this drama is learning how to dump your cheating partners.

Fans are also concerned about how Sharjeena and Mustafa’s love story will end in ‘Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum’. Sharjeena has gone through a traumatic loss with her miscarriage. Mustafa learns to forgive his parents and realises how distant he had become from his wife as his career soared.

Fans are already concerned with how broken down and depressed Sharjeena was to the point that she even refused to go back home with Mustafa.
