‘I have no contempt against the people of Pakistan who have been nothing but good to me’, wrote celebrated singer, pianist and composer #AdnanSamiKhan as he pounced back at haters with a thread of Tweets outlining his reasons for Pakistan.
After the internationally acclaimed artist made a tweet congratulating England for winning against Pakistan in the #T20WorldCup, his post triggered a Twitter war, as haters and trolls criticized and provoked him.
However, Sami Khan did not back down before the unfair bullying and replied with cutting political retorts as he layed out his problems with Pakistan’s ‘establishment’. “Many people ask me why I have such contempt towards Pakistan. The hard truth is that I have absolutely no contempt towards the people of Pakistan who have been good to me. I love everyone who loves me- period.”
